Affiliate Disclosure

Last updated: July 11, 2026

Content Calendar HQ does not currently publish affiliate links. This page explains the rules we will follow before any affiliate relationship goes live.

If you click a clearly identified affiliate link and later buy or subscribe, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. The disclosure will appear close to the relevant recommendation, not only on this policy page.

Affiliate links will use the appropriate sponsored link attributes. Ordinary links to official product pages and evidence sources will remain editorial links and will not be labeled as affiliate links when no commercial relationship exists.

Editorial independence

Payment will not determine whether a tool is included, ranked, or recommended. We will base comparisons on the published testing method, current product facts, and the needs of the audience described on the page. A tool with no affiliate program may still be included when it is relevant.

Before ranking a scheduling tool, we use the same task-based test plan across the comparison set and separate what we observed from what a vendor documents. Capabilities we did not exercise are labeled as untested rather than presented as first-hand findings. Prices, plan limits, and program terms are checked again near publication because they change independently of our review.

Receiving free access does not automatically create an affiliate relationship, but it is still a material fact when it could matter to a reader. Complimentary access, sponsorship, or other compensation will be disclosed close to the relevant content even when no tracked purchase link is present.

Current status

No affiliate program is active on the Site as of July 11, 2026. Until a program is approved and its links are installed, tool links point to official sites as ordinary editorial links.

Questions about a link or commercial relationship can be sent to [email protected].
